On July 28th, 2016, Atlas Copco (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Hongwuhuan Group signed a joint venture project agreement for Outdoor Drilling Rigs in China. On March 2nd, 2017, Atlas Copco Group and Zhejiang Hongwuhuan Group jointly established a new company, GIA (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd. & Jaya (Zhejiang) Machinery and Equipment Co,.Ltd.
